C. Frenning & Associates, Inc. is a liturgical design consulting firm that strives to bring together those best able to design and consult on the use of your worship space. Carol Frenning leads a team approach in association with a variety of artists, designers, liturgists, and /or architects whose skills are appropriate for the project of a specific worshiping community.

Through careful listening to discern the needs of the worshiping community, an individualized process is formulated through which these needs can be brought together with the liturgical norms (worship and sacramental practices) of the community's larger faith tradition. Prayerful reflection on the tradition and their individual community needs can open possibilities for spiritual renewal for the entire congregation as they proceed with their building project.

The building or renovating of a place of worship is one of the most teachable moments in the life of a congregation. A process oriented approach, collaborative in nature, results in consensus among community members and provides them with opportunities for spiritual growth. Our goal is a worship space of the highest quality of design, workmanship and materials; one which recalls our rich tradition of spaces of transcendence that will transform, nourish and sustain the prayer life of the faith community.
